Empire Crane Co., LLC is proud of it's service department which has a combined over 30 years experience in the industry. Rick Goodson, Service Manager,
coordinates the vastly experienced technicians. Joe Benoit & Harry Hotaling bring their wealth of knowledge to the forefront in Hydraulic
truck crane, Crawler crane & Boom Truck lines.
Pete Middlemiss and John "Sam" Sampson have had many years of experience in the material handling industry and specialize in Knuckle boom cranes,
Bucket trucks, and the servicing & repairs of Mast/Satellite trucks for the television stations.
Josh, Eric & Dave have joined us and are extremely helpful to the "head" mechanics and perform all preventative maintenance for our shop.
Richard Garton is the representative in the Tidewater, Virginia area and is vastly experienced in all hydraulic cranes.
Service is available in our 14,000 square foot facility located in Syracuse, New York, or through scheduled field work at any jobsite/location. |
